1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClipStash, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ClipStash is a community-driven platform for curating and archiving Twitch clips. Users can submit, vote on, tag, and organize clips into collections. Clips are played via the official Twitch Embed Player and are not re-uploaded to our servers.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may not create multiple accounts for abusive purposes.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit clips that violate Twitch's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
  • Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
  • Attempt to manipulate votes or rankings through automated means.
  • Circumvent rate limits or abuse the platform's API.
  • Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All Twitch clip content is owned by the respective creators and rights holders. ClipStash does not claim ownership of any clip content.

By submitting clips, context memos, or tags, you grant ClipStash a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform.

If you believe content on ClipStash infringes your rights, please contact us to request removal.

6. Third-Party Services

ClipStash relies on Twitch for clip data and playback. Your use of Twitch content is also subject to Twitch's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.

7. Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion. Reasons for moderation include, but are not limited to, violations of these terms, reports from other users, and content that we deem inappropriate.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ClipStash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClipStash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
